Coffee Station Makeover

Coffee Station Makeover

It's been a while since I have talked or shared one of my favorite coffee drinks made over at my coffee station.   If you have been following for any length of time you know I love coffee and  you have seen the coffee station created from a dresser drawer.    Today, I would like to share with you another change the coffee station has gone through.

The entire original pieces were completely re-painted,  With  these colors below:

The small piece that went across the back was removed and added my old wooden screen door  that I have used a few times on my porch decorating for the holidays, was attached, shelves and hooks were also added.

[Before]

[After]

In one of my latest post I shared how to hang floating shelves  this was done the same way.

Once the screen door and shelves  (by the way I left the screen attached) were in place the entire pieces were painted in French Silver,

highlighted and blended with Perfect Taupe and Weathered White and finished with a dark wax.

Now the fun part... decorating it!  I used some of my white plates, platters, small white pitchers, coffee cups and small vintage white tins to hold my teas.

... and of course the new coffee station had to be broken in with one of my newest coffee drinks

Almond Roca Coffee, this is good hot or cold

If you enjoyed this post and would like to see more like it… I would love it if you followed along

  2. Love it! I tried and tried to not have my husband throw away my screen door (not as pretty or old as yours though) but he got tired if it sitting around. Sigh. I give him a hard time every time I come across a cute screen door project. He's seeing this one for sure! He just doesn't get the whole "waiting for the right inspiration thing" to hit. He's learning. :)
