Fall Outdoor Tablescape
Hi Everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend. It is officially Fall and it is still hot here. This weekend I tried to convince mother nature it is suppose to be fall by creating this outdoor fall tablescape.
While I was checking my emails I was thrilled and inspired by Karah from The Space between with her palm leaf pumpkin. Thanks Karah for the inspiration when it hit me that Mr. OMT just trimmed our palm trees. Well I think you know what I did next... Yes... I went trash digging and pulled out the dead palms he just trimmed. I made a few pumpkins and then with the rest of the palms I made this table runner.

Hi Everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend. It is officially Fall and it is still hot here. This weekend I tried to convince mother nature it is suppose to be fall by creating this outdoor fall tablescape.

I Followed the great tutorial Karah provided You can go here for the tutorial other than using the staples I used twine to tie it up.
I took two of the pumpkins and stacked one on top of the other using a skewer to hold them in place and added some silk leaves. With a few items around the house and the left overs from the palm leaf I created this outdoor tablescape.
I must say this was a pretty quick and easy project and fun!
Don't you just love when you can take things from the yard and make something with it? I know I do...love the challenge.
This tablescape was not only quick and easy it didn't cost me but $5.00 for the pumpkins. Now only if this weather would take 5! What do you think? Do you think I might have convinced mother nature it's Fall?
Hope you all have a great week and see you next post.
