Hi, How was everyone’s weekend? Mine was super busy. I spent most of my weekend with my brother and sister-in-law refinishing their furniture, it was a lot of fun, I really didn’t get much done as far as projects that I had planned on. I did work on one, but not done with it yet. I need to get it done this week since Easter is this Sunday.
I thought I would share one more vignette and a recipe I did for St. Patricks day. Which could easily be done for Easter too or really anytime.
Baked Parmesan Cabbage
I wish I could remember where I saw where someone shared their baked cabbage recipe. I looked for it, but couldn’t find it. So I made up my own and here is how I did it. I made this for St. Patrick’s day, but really thinking of making it for Easter dinner too.
1 head of cabbage
1/4 cup milk
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Pour the milk in the bottom of the baking dish
Cover with foil
Cook at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until tender.
I was a little nervous to serve this since Mr. OMT doesn’t like cabbage and it was out of the norm of what my family relates how corn beef and cabbage is to be served. I was so happy when all them just loved it….even Mr. OMT!
I hope everyone has a wonderful week.
Til Next Post…Xo
