Fall Vignette Creating More for Less
When I say creating “More for Less” I didn’t go crazy decorating for Fall this year, even though Fall is one of my favorite times to decorate. Why? because I couldn’t find my Fall decorations. To add Fall in the kitchen I decided to decorate the buffet using some of my home decor pieces and just add a couple of handcrafted buffalo fabric pumpkins to create a Fall vignette to the kitchen area. Not to long ago, I shared some buffalo checked and burlap fabric pumpkins I made for Farmhouse Decor shop and liked them so much, I decided to make a couple for the kitchen to create a simple Fall Vignette on the buffet.
Using a couple of black and white buffalo checked pumpkins, I just simply placed some moss into the tray of the antique scale and placed the pumpkins on top of the moss.
How to Create a Fall Vignette
I pulled out my white tray and used it as a base placing the antique pumpkin filled scale along with a galvanized bucket using it as a candle holder with a hurricane lampshade, added grey hydrangea’s at the base of the antique scale to add a bit of softness to this Fall Vignette.
Note: The galvanized buckets are actually turned upside down and used as candle holders with glasses domes and a hurricane lampshade.
Normally the stenciled “gather here” platter is on the kitchen counter, but for now it’s the perfect saying for this Fall setting.
That pretty much sums up my decorating here in the kitchen area for Fall this year. We are still sorting through boxes, so hopefully I can find my other Fall Decor for next year. I do have to admit doing Fall simple this year will save me a lot of time putting it away and transitioning into Christmas. Christmas? Oh my, I better start looking for my Christmas decor, it will be here before we know it.
