Happy Fourth of July
We all love Root beer floats, but have you tried a Coke Float?
Another variation you could make a different kind of float by using different kinds of ice cream.
Serving Coke floats for the Fourth of July is a simple and fast way to celebrate an old fashioned treat.
Original Coke Float with a Cherry on Top!
Vanilla ice cream
(I like to layer my ingredients)
1. Place scoop of vanilla ice cream in bottom of glass.
2. Pour in some Coca-Cola over the top of ice cream
3. add another scoop of ice cream
4 top it off with more Coca-Cola
5. Add Whip Cream
5. Add Cherrie on Top
This would be good at any Summer Party!
Here are some different ways I like to make Coke Floats
Caramel Coke Float
Follow original recipe but add caramel to each layer after the ice-cream, whip cream
Cherry Vanilla Coke Float
Same as above but using the juice from the Maraschino cherries and top it off with French Vanilla Whip Cream
Chocolate Coke Float
Using the same original recipe but add chocolate syrup to each layer after ice cream, whip cream, cherry
Caramel, CherryVanilla, Original and Chocolate
To set the table I found 2 table clothes with flannel backing at the dollar store one striped and one solid.
I took the striped one and used it as a table runner by opening it up and gathering it in 3 places and tying it off with a wire garland I made last year.

I purchased the Coca-Cola glasses at the Dollar store…perfect for the occasion!
