Just in case you missed it.
 I posted the recipe again.

OK... are you ready to see who won?  Is the suspense killing you?
OK ... here it goes.... scroll down to the of the post and you can see it there.:)

"Tropical" Cake Balls

Here is the ingredients I used to make the "Tropical" Cake balls

Following the instructions on the Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix
I made a few changes to the needed ingredients.

1 box of of Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix
3 eggs
1 1/3 cups of Cactus Cooler (replacing the water)
1/3 cup Tropical Coconut Oil (replacing the vegetable oil)

Blend cake mix, cactus cooler

Add 1/3 Tropical Coconut Oil and mix ingredients

Tropical Coconut oil and three eggs in a large bowl
the instructions say to mix at low speed until moistened.

I have found in making cakes, cupcakes and cake balls this works the best for me
mix at high speed for 4 minutes. But this is only my opinion.

Pour in pan and bake at 350 degrees in a 9 X13 pan and bake for 35 minutes.

When the cake is done break it up in a large bowl to cool.

For the filling you will need 1 can of pineapple drained real good and a block of cream cheese.

Mix the filling together

Add to cooled cake

roll into balls and freeze for about 1 hour

Melt your white chocolate

Dip the balls into the melted white chocolate

sprinkle with coconut. For the ones that don't care for coconut I sprinkled the cake balls with chopped pecans.

I have to say Tropical Coconut oil really did give these cake balls a robust taste. I will be using Tropical Coconut oil again, especially for this recipe.
