Super Bowl Football Table Display

Football Paper Lantern Dessert Display
ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?

Hi Everyone, Hope you all had a great weekend!  I have been very busy working on projects for the family room color changes, knee deep in chalk paint and some other exciting projects I am making. I will be sharing more on that during the week but, today I am going to interrupt that series and show you what else is going on over here at the OMT's .  Some of you know we do events on the side and we are getting ready for a  Super Bowl event we were asked to do.
The events we do are dessert tables and I needed something to hold the caramel wrapped and dipped pretzel rod and the Chocolate dipped licorice.

Here is what I came up with
Football Paper Lanterns
Dollar Store Candle holder and vase.  These were used for another event I did and they worked out perfect for this Dessert Super Bowl display.  To make the glass holders you just need a glass candle stick holder and  a glass vase,  glue the vase on top of the candle holder, I use E600

The football paper lanterns came three in a pack.

I place the vase in the center of the football paper lantern

Pulling up and over the glass vase and fold over the round brackets over the glass.

These two displays will hold the pretzels and chocolate dipped licorice perfect!
I will let you in on a little secret,  the vases are a little to deep to display the pretzels and licorice, so here is the secret...I just wad up some parchment paper and place at the bottom of the vase.
Viola done and ready to be filled!

I will share later on what the third Football paper lantern is being used for.
See the field?  This is a grass pattern tablecloth and Mr. OMT actually hand painted the field on it.  This event is his baby and I can not wait to share all the details he has gone to  making this event a great Super Bowl Dessert Table.
Til Next Post...Xo
Tammy

  1. It looks like Mr. OMT is as detail orientated as Mr. B lol! Love those lanterns!! Where did you get them? I could see using flameless candles in them too. I can't wait to see it all Tammy :-)
